Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the basis of all yoga variants, aimed at harmonising the masculine “ha” energies (the sun) and the feminine “tha” (moon) energies, while bringing balance to the mind and body. “Asansa” physical poses combined with meditation and breathing techniques can also bring attention to the more subtle spiritual aspects of one’s self.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga uses passive postures for long periods of time. Yin Yoga is the ideal release from a busy and stressful lifestyle, allowing us to explore our bodies in new and unexpected ways while taking a firmer grasp of the concept of “letting go”.

Aerial Yoga

If you like yoga, even if you don’t do it that often, you should definitely consider giving aerial yoga a try. At Fusion Suites Da Nang, we offer aerial yoga, or also called anti-gravity yoga which combines the traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a soft hammock to let gravity do some of the work. Aerial yoga offers many of benefits such as stress relief, strengthened muscles, and better focus.
