BREAKFAST ANYWHERE ANYTIME

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but they don’t say you need to eat it in the morning. So we’ve got you covered, day or night, with our signature ‘breakfast, anywhere, anytime’. That means you can have breakfast by the pool, in the spa, whenever you want. We’ll even bring you breakfast in bed. Of course you can always visit our impressive international buffet for breakfast, but that is morning only.

Fresh Restaurant

At Fresh we take our name seriously so you can be sure our ingredients are the freshest, finest and healthiest our team can find, and of course we always try to source locally. Dining is relaxed and casual here, with a clean-living menu of Vietnamese specialities and international favourites. This poolside eatery has immense bay windows that offer breath taking views of the ocean beyond, and with a choice of indoor and outdoor seating, you can enjoy a warm ocean breeze if you so choose.

BREEZE RESTAURANT

The Hideaway’s island poolside hub is the centre of our exclusive resort-within-a-resort. There really is no better way to kick back, chillout and watch the afternoon while away on the sun-dappled terrace. The Hideaway makes everything at Fusion Cam Ranh seem like a breeze!

ZEN BEACH BAR

Gorgeous views, artisanal cocktails, good food, and great company. It’s a simple recipe, but one we’ve perfected at our laid-back beach and pool-side bar. With happy hour deals on signature cocktails and beers, plus a menu of pizzas, snacks and tapas dishes, Zen is the ideal spot for sundowner drinks and a pre-dinner bite. It’s also a great place to re-energise and rehydrate during the day, offering homemade tropical juices and smoothies, and stacks of freshly picked coconuts.

POOLSIDE BBQ

Treat yourself to an extraordinary feast at our Poolside Barbeque under the stars, complete with a live music performance. This summer, weather permitting, every Saturday evening, our chefs will light up the seaside grill and serve up a selection of fresh seafood, meats, salads and local Cam Ranh specialties. HOME-MADE PIZZA

Pizza. Delicious homemade pizza. Piping hot, fresh from the wood-fired oven. Cooked the traditional way, Italian style, with a thin-crust, hand-pulled whole wheat base, and spread with a delectable range of traditional, contemporary and creatively imaginative toppings, Fusion style. It’s not that we’re obsessed or anything, but we do recognise that it can be hard to beat a slice of freshly cooked pizza, with a cold beer, and an ocean view. And because you’re on holiday, we won’t judge if you have a second one.

We know just how comfortable our villas and suites are, and we completely understand if you’d rather not leave yours. So if you’re feeling peckish by the pool, order from any of our food and drink menus and have everything delivered to your door, at no extra cost.

Experience exceptional dining at Fusion’s renowned Breeze Restaurant. Culinary artistry, fine wines, and craft cocktails unite in an unforgettable Pop-up concept of small sharing plates. Portions can be small or big and we recommend to order a selection of dishes and share it. Monday to Thursday.

STEAK NIGHT
